Safari Gift Card FAQs

Safari gift cards can be used on all Safari rides in every regions/cities we operate. If you have both a gift card and a promo code, select which payment option to use directly after a ride.

DIGITAL: Visit gosafari.us/gift to purchase digital gift cards. You can send the digital gift card to yourself or a gift recipient. PHYSICAL: Visit gosafari.us/gift to purchase physical gift cards up to $50 and select Albertsons, Kroger, Office Depot, 7 eleven or Safeway locations to purchase physical gift cards up to $250. Safari gift card purchases cannot be voided or refunded.

Safari gift cards can't be replaced if they're lost or stolen, but don't worry we’re here to help. We can check to see if the gift card has been redeemed. If it hasn’t, we can transfer it to your account. Send us the 16-digit code in the gift card purchase history on gosafari.us/gift, and we'll see what happened. If the gift card recipient didn't get an email after the card was purchased, double-check all email folders (including inbox, spam, and trash). If you still don't find it, ask the purchaser to go to safari.us/gift and find the 16-digit code in the purchase history. Send us the code, and we'll investigate.

After you've redeemed your gift card: Open the app Tap your photo in the top left corner Tap the ‘Wallet’ tab That's it! Your gift card balance is listed in bold. Under the remaining amount, you'll see more terms and conditions in gray.
